Please click on the links below for current and past issues of our Newsletter January, 2012 Family Night at the Library The next Kiwanis Early Riser Family Night wil be: December 8 | Sing Along with Santa – Join Santa as he sings some of his favorite holiday songs and tels a story or two. Be sure to bring your “wish list” to put in his mailbox. Afterwards, he’ll be hapy to pose for some quick photos with the children. (bring your camera) West Bend Community Memorial Library Kiwanis Link New Speaker/Library Donation Program We are now donating a book-a-week to the West Bend Community Library Children’s Collection in honor of the people who speak to our club. We will provide a bookplate to the library signed by each speaker and acknowledging the West Bend Early Risers for the donation. These will be placed in new books which the library staff feels fits the needs of the children’s collection. Kiwanis Leadership Programs: Builders Club We have some outstanding speakers this month. Why not invite a prospective member to a meeting? We are also beginning some major fundraising and service events. These are also great opportunities to invite a prospective member to join with us and learn about our club and our members.
Speakers Committee Mike Sarg, Bonnie Nissly and Steve Wietor comprise our speakers committee. If you have any ideas or contacts for speakers, please pass the information on to Mike, Bonnie or Steve. It will be greatly appreciated!
